PET CLAUSE

Tenant shall pay a non-refundable pet fee of $[amount] per pet upon execution of this agreement, which shall be used to clean the premises upon termination of tenancy.

Tenant shall be responsible for cleaning up after their pet(s) and disposing of all waste in a proper manner. Tenant shall not allow their pet(s) to defecate or urinate in common areas or in any other area not specifically designated for such purposes.

Any violation of this pet clause may result in the termination of the tenancy and forfeiture of any pet fee paid.
